Seoul Convention Bureau has launched a renewed and upgraded 3D MICE event platform, Virtual Seoul 2.0.
Starting with Coex, the most famous exhibition centre in the country, another MICE infrastructure made the list of Virtual Seoul 2.0 venues: Nodeul Island, Seoul's unique venue on the Hangang River, Seoul City Hall and Seoul Tourism Plaza each serving an outdoor exhibition area, open stage and business meeting room. A total of nine locations in 3D graphics that are more sophisticated than the previous platform not only serve various MICE event functions, but also become attractions throughout the day and night, implementing the host city's time zone. Exhibition related functions have also been added, such as scheduling business meetings, including PSA between buyer and seller, exchanging digital business cards, and managing booths with promotional videos and brochures.
To maximise the convenience of this platform, the CMS provides event organising functions such as setup to stream VODs and branding functions to post logos, banners and promotional videos across the platform. Guide videos for setting up a conference and corporate meetings, virtual exhibits and PSA business meetings will be able to be uploaded to assist event planners. A demo page is also open.
