
Novya, Brussels’ only consultancy dedicated exclusively to European nonprofit organisations, has announced the launch of the Novya Leadership Lab, a three-month leadership development programme designed for nonprofit executives and association secretary generals based in the EU capital.
Running from January to March 2026, the Leadership Lab aims to equip participants with strategic agility, operational rigour and people-centred leadership skills—essential capabilities for navigating political volatility, complex EU policymaking, funding uncertainty and rapid digital transformation.
“Traditional leadership training doesn’t match the realities of Brussels nonprofits,” said Benita Lipps, CEO and Founder of Novya. “The Leadership Lab is practical and context-specific—designed for leaders juggling EU policy, multi-stakeholder ecosystems and fast-paced change.”
The Leadership Lab is structured around three core learning dimensions, combining tools, case studies, coaching and peer exchange. All content is tailored to the unique challenges facing nonprofit leaders working within Europe’s institutional and policy landscape.
