The Arinex Group, a leading experience marketing and event technology collective, has announced the appointment of Jessica Ferguson as Chief Executive Officer of its flagship brand, Arinex.
The leadership move comes at a pivotal moment for the Group, following a period of accelerated growth and the recent launch of fieldstate, a new creative powerhouse focused on high-impact brand storytelling and experiential design for leading global brands.
Recognised for blending marketing expertise with advanced digital capabilities, The Arinex Group operates a specialised service network delivering global conferences, incentives and corporate events across Australia, New Zealand and Greater Asia. Its corporate division already partners with globally recognised brands — including Zeekr, Tesla, Mattel and ASICS — producing high-impact activations and strategic events. With fieldstate’s dedicated creative team, that portfolio is set for further expansion.
Jessica steps into the CEO role after serving as Head of Business Development and Marketing at Arinex. She brings more than 20 years of experience spanning large-scale event management, professional congress organisation and incentive programme delivery, alongside an active contribution to the broader business events industry. Widely regarded as a people-first leader, she is known for aligning commercial strategy with creativity and digital capability, cultivating high-performing partnerships grounded in trust, transparency and shared outcomes. Her strategic vision and proven ability to drive growth and brand positioning position her as a natural choice to lead Arinex into its next phase, as the brand integrates more closely within the Group’s expanding ecosystem.
Maree Di Pasquale, Group CEO of The Arinex Group, said: “Jessica’s appointment is a defining moment for Arinex. Having successfully led our business development and marketing, she has a profound understanding of how to create deep value for our clients. She is the perfect leader to steer Arinex through its next phase of growth, blending her deep industry knowledge with a commitment to innovation and storytelling to deliver the world-class experiences our clients have come to expect.”
fieldstate joins a growing portfolio of specialist brands within the Group, including Arinex (professional conference organising and destination management), Arinex Live (technical production), Neoteq (technology innovation company) and evexus (event management software), reinforcing the Group’s vertically integrated service model.
Incoming Arinex CEO, Jessica Ferguson said: “I am honoured to take on the role of CEO at such a transformative time. Arinex has always provided the gold standard in event management services for our conferences and incentive programs, and we now have an exciting opportunity to further strengthen our position as an experiential-led organisation.
Having been part of Arinex’ journey for several years, I’ve seen firsthand the exceptional talent, passion and creativity within the business. Those qualities have been central to our success and will continue to drive our future. My focus is on fostering an environment that enables our people to innovate, respond with agility and continue delivering the high-calibre events for our clients. I look forward to building on the company’s strong legacy and leading the next phase of growth and evolution.”
With new leadership at Arinex and an expanded brand architecture under The Arinex Group, the collective is positioning itself to shape the next generation of human-centric event design across Australasia and beyond.
