IMN Solutions Expands Staff to Support Association Management Growth

IMN Solutions (IMN) a premiere, global, full-service association and event management company announced three additions to its staff to support growth in both new association management clients and expanded services to existing clients. Chanel Ricks, CMP, has joined as Account Director; Aesha Beattle, CMP, has joined as Senior Account Manager, Event Operations; and Morgan Lucchese, has joined as Account Manager.

“Ultimately, these new team members reflect the success of IMN’s adaptive approach to delivering association management services; meeting our clients where they are now and reimagining where they can go next,” said Barbara A. Myers, CAE, CEO of IMN Solutions. “The diversity of skill sets and talent added to the team is a direct reflection of the evolving needs and priorities of today’s associations and are necessary to produce meaningful results for our clients in the new tomorrow.”

Ricks holds a CMP designation and has over 20 years of experience in the meetings industry with specialized expertise in medical meetings. She previously served as the Director, Meetings at the Pulmonary Hypertension Association managing the largest bi-annual rare disease conference in the US, as well as leading stakeholders in rethinking how all aspects of conferences are managed including registration, session scheduling, logistics, and budget processes. Ricks is an active member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA).

Beattle has over 22 years of experience in hospitality and meeting planning and incorporates cutting-edge ideas for unforgettable client experiences. Beattle has delivered a diverse range of meeting management and consulting service solutions for organizations such as Meeting Professionals International – Kansas City Chapter; Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, California Association of Orthodontists, and Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States. She earned a B.A. in Meetings and Destination Management at Northeastern State University and holds a CMP designation. She is a member of the Heartland Chapter of the PCMA and the Kansas City Chapter of Meeting Professionals International.

Lucchese has extensive hospitality experience at Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott Brands. Most recently, Lucchese served as a Senior Event Manager for the Griffin Gate Marriott Golf Resort and Spa. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with dual degrees in marketing and management. Beattle and Lucchese are also certified Pandemic Advisors bringing important strategy forward as we work with clients to ensure both event success in this complex and ever changing pandemic recovery landscape and attendee safety and well being.
