HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts, a global leader of sales, marketing and distribution, is pleased to announce a new partnership with Cvent, a market-leading meetings, corporate travel, and hospitality technology provider. Under the agreement, HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts will leverage Cvent’s industry-leading transient sourcing platform to set and promote corporate hotel rates and manage RFPs across its more 1,500 properties in 40 countries around the world.

Cvent Transient (formerly Lanyon), is an all-in-one platform through which HotelREZ members can attract, manage, and measure their corporate business; helping properties drive more awareness, maximise leads, and achieve their transient revenue goals.

Mark Lewis, CEO, HotelREZ commented: “We are thrilled to offer the Cvent Transient RFP tool to our client base as it complements our best in class products and services, and delivers a fully integrated solicitation tool for managing all transient marketing and sales opportunities. Cvent is consistently recognised for their excellent customer service and industry-leading technology, and we’re proud to partner with them to help our clients attract more transient leads and maximise business impact.”

Graham Pope (cover photo), Cvent vice president of sales, commented: “We’re delighted to partner with HotelREZ, a major player in the hotel representation space, and we’re proud to help their clients increase and manage their corporate transient and consortia RFPs using our best-in-class technology. We’re also excited to share that HotelREZ will be one of the first Cvent partners to experience our all-new corporate RFP user experience, which will be unveiled later this year, helping to further streamline and enhance the transient sourcing process.”
