GUEXT, the hospitality suppliers and services exhibition organised by IFEMA MADRID in partnership with FELAC, has confirmed the participation of more than 50 companies following its initial stand allocation phase for the 2026 edition.
The event will take place from 15 to 17 October in Madrid and is positioned as a professional meeting point for manufacturers, distributors and buyers across the hospitality sector, particularly at a key moment in the calendar for investment planning and equipment renewal.
GUEXT 2026 will be organised across seven core sectors: equipment and machinery; tableware; interiors and design; technology and digital solutions; coffee, bakery and pastry; logistics and packaging; and gym and spa. The structure aims to reflect the full hospitality value chain, connecting suppliers with both distributors and end users.
The equipment and machinery segment will feature a wide range of established brands providing solutions for kitchens and production environments, covering everything from cooking systems to food preparation and beverage technologies.
Refrigeration — a critical category for operational efficiency and food safety — will also be strongly represented, with a number of specialised companies confirmed in the segment.
In parallel, the kitchenware category will bring together suppliers focused on dining, service and professional kitchen collections, while interiors and design exhibitors are expected to highlight concepts aligned with current hospitality trends, including experience-driven spaces and brand identity.
The exhibition will also include a dedicated services segment, reinforcing GUEXT’s positioning as a platform covering the entire hospitality ecosystem, from equipment and infrastructure to operational and support services.
According to organisers, early exhibitor confirmation reflects strong market interest in a format that brings together suppliers, distributors and professional buyers within a single commercial environment.
Held biennially, GUEXT follows its inaugural edition, which attracted 7,000 professionals from 42 countries and more than 130 exhibitors. The event focused on themes such as innovation, sustainability and customer experience — areas expected to remain central to the 2026 edition.
With exhibitor numbers already building ahead of the October dates, organisers position GUEXT as both a business platform and a reflection of current trends shaping the hospitality sector.
