Events Club Forum Returns to Prague for Fifth Consecutive Year

Over 2.5 immersive days of networking and destination discovery, participants will attend match-made, one-to-one B2B meetings, networking events at major MICE venues across the city, and destination-focused activities designed to show the best of Prague, all while immersing themselves in Czechia’s historic capital city.

 

The event will feature two dinner evenings hosted at some of Prague’s biggest event venues: the upscale Hilton Prague, showcasing one of Europe’s largest conference facilities and stunning views of the Vltava river, and Maj House of Fun, a multi-storey venue with a rooftop bar, panoramic views of Prague, and floors of arcade games, shops, and cafés.

 

The event will bring together more than 250 selected participants from across Europe, as well as the UK, US, and Asia. Through a unique combination of exhibition and one-to-one meetings, event planners will have the chance to meet with more than 130 suppliers, based on the regions and services they are most interested in. Networking lunches, city tours, and coffee breaks will provide further opportunities for collaboration.

 

Five sightseeing tours organised by the Czech Convention Bureau will show participants the best of Prague and provide an introduction to the city’s history. Activities will include a walking tour of Prague Castle and Lobkowicz Palace, a Czech beer masterclass with Pilsner, where participants will learn from professional brewers and bartenders, a tasting of local Czech specialities and regional products, an e-bike tour of Prague’s panoramic viewpoints, and a walking tour following the sculptures of Czech artist David Černý, followed by a tasting of the Czech liquor Slivovitz.

 

For the fifth consecutive year, Events Club Forum will be hosted at Prague Congress Centre, the leading congress centre in Czechia, which hosts more than 200 events per year. Centrally located in Europe, with international flight connections, a long history, varied event spaces, and an established nightlife offer, Prague provides a setting for events of different sizes.
