Prague Convention Bureau and Headquarters Magazine invite you to an exclusive event in Brussels dedicated to Prague’s business events proposition.
 
This curated Association Meetpoint will bring together selected association executives and key representatives from Prague’s meetings sector. Guests will have the opportunity to discuss future congress possibilities directly with the destination’s experts, explore Prague’s venues and infrastructure, and learn more about the city’s approach to hosting international association events.
 
The programme will highlight:
  • Knowledge-led congress support connected to Prague’s research and academic community
  • A diverse venue portfolio, including Prague Congress Centre and the newly restored Industrial Palace, reopening in October 2026
  • Infrastructure for international events of up to 18,000 participants

Is your association planning events for more than 300 participants?

This event is intended for association professionals involved in organising congresses and events with more than 300 participants. Registrations will be reviewed by the organisers, and only applicants meeting this criterion will be considered for attendance.

It offers a fitting conclusion to an evening of direct exchange with Prague’s business events representatives and fellow association professionals.
