Cvent Announces Multi-Year Agreement with AIM Group International

Cvent announced today a new three-year agreement with AIM Group International, a renowned organisation specialising in connecting people, brands, and communities through events and conferences.

Through the agreement, AIM Group International will utilise the Cvent Supplier Network to streamline hotel and venue sourcing processes across its global client base and international offices. Cvent's technology helps centralise request-for-proposal (RFP) activities, enhance reporting accuracy, and accelerate the sourcing process for hotels and venues across Europe and around the world.

As trusted names in the meetings and events industry and with a long-standing presence in the regional markets, AIM's broad adoption of the Cvent Supplier Network is expected to help increase engagement and interest in online hotel and venue sourcing.

The announcement reflects Cvent's strength as a global marketplace—event organisers sourced a record-breaking $16.5 billion in MICE business value in 2024 alone. The announcement also highlights the growing importance of adopting industry-wide standards for meetings and events sourcing across Europe.
