Clermont Hotel Group Relaunches Tower Suite at The Tower Hotel by Thistle

Clermont Hotel Group (CHG) has officially relaunched the Tower Suite at The Tower Hotel by Thistle, reintroducing a fully refreshed, design-led event space back into London’s competitive MICE landscape.


Positioned beside Tower Bridge, the Tower Suite benefits from one of the capital’s most recognisable backdrops, offering uninterrupted views across the city skyline. The refurbishment brings a contemporary, highly flexible environment designed to respond to a wide spectrum of events, from conferences and corporate meetings to large-scale celebrations and social gatherings.

With its own private entrance, the space operates as a self-contained venue in the heart of London, with capacity for up to 500 guests for gala dinners, conferences, product launches and bespoke events. As CHG’s largest dedicated event space in the capital, the redevelopment places strong emphasis on experience-led design, combining refreshed interiors with upgraded technical capability.

The venue now features advanced AV infrastructure including integrated digital signage, HD projection, flexible connectivity and music systems, alongside retractable ceiling rigging systems that allow for full production customisation, enabling organisers to create fully immersive and branded environments.

Further investment is also planned across the wider 801-room The Tower Hotel by Thistle, with upgrades to the guest journey including a redesigned reception area, a new lobby bar, an external terrace, as well as modernisation of the bedroom product and the introduction of a new F&B concept.

The refurbishment forms part of CHG’s wider multi-million-pound portfolio strategy focused on delivering what it defines as ‘Spaces for All’, spanning accommodation, dining and event environments tailored to evolving market expectations.
