Valencia Conference Centre 22nd Anniversary coincides with the preparations for the restart of the venue’s activities.

22 years is a long time and the last few months have forced Valencia to be even better prepared to keep on giving their best.

Since it was opened, the Conference Centre has hosted 3,000 events attended by around 2.2 million people, generating 2.25 million overnight stays in the city.

Of the total number of events, 925 were congresses and conventions, in which 613,000 delegates took part.

This outstanding international business has led to Valencia taking off in the ranking of congress destinations according to the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA), where it currently ranks 48th in the world and 29th in Europe.

The Centre is also a benchmark in innovation, technology and sustainability, having twice been awarded (in 2010 and 2018) the accolade of World's Best Convention Centre from the International Association of Convention Centres (AIPC).

They invite you to discover how Valencia is facing this new period in the video.

"Being in the Valencia Conference Centre is being passionate about what we do and getting excited about every step we take… It is being enthusiastically committed to a Conference Centre that is ready in terms of safety, innovation and sustainability."

The video begins with these words from the Managing Director, Sylvia Andrés who, together with the Sales Department, welcomes ambassadors and the general public after several months of preparation to continue hosting meetings to the highest safety standards.
