VisitScotland Business Events has announced its return to the French market in 2026 with the appointment of Interface MICE, the MICE division of Hopscotch Tourism, as its official representative in France.
This partnership marks a new phase in Scotland’s development strategy on the French MICE market, a key source market for the destination. Interface MICE will be responsible for increasing the visibility of Scotland’s business events offering among French event organizers and actively supporting the generation of professional events and incentive projects to Scotland.
Accessible, innovative and sustainable, Scotland stands out as a leading destination for international business events, thanks to a wide range of strengths:
As official representative, Interface MICE will roll out a dedicated action plan in 2026 to promote Scotland to French MICE professionals, including B2B events, workshops, educational trips (fam trips) and targeted awareness initiatives.
Interface MICE will also act as the key point of contact in France, supporting agencies, corporations, associations and institutions in the development of their business events and travel projects in Scotland (incentives, seminars, conventions and conferences), working closely with the VisitScotland Business Events teams and local partners.
Interface MICE is the specialist MICE division of Hopscotch Tourism. Interface MICE supports destinations in their development strategies on the French market and designs tailor-made initiatives to enhance their event appeal, including market research, educational trips, professional events, training programmes and dedicated MICE support schemes.
