Visitor Registration Opens for The Meetings Show 2026 in London

Visitor registration is now open for The Meetings Show 2026, taking place at Excel London on 24–25 June.

As the UK’s leading exhibition for event, meeting and conference professionals, the show brings together hundreds of global suppliers and a diverse mix of high-level buyers for two dynamic days of inspiration, networking and discovery.

This year’s exhibitor line-up reflects the full breadth of the events ecosystem, spanning destinations, DMCs, hotels, venues and technology providers. Confirmed participants include Visit Portugal, Visit Bath & Bristol, Philadelphia Convention Bureau, Bournemouth International Centre, Copenhagen Convention Bureau, The Q Hotels Collection, Hilton Hotels Worldwide and EventMobi, alongside first-time exhibitor Philadelphia Convention Bureau.

At the core of the show is its hosted buyer programme, designed to connect suppliers with senior planners from across corporate, agency and association sectors. Attendees include representatives from organisations such as Gartner, Chartered Institute of Housing, NASUWT – The Teachers’ Union, Helmsbriscoe, AMEX GBT, Oliver Wyman, Top Banana and IQPC, creating valuable opportunities for meaningful business exchange.

Education remains a central pillar of the event. Following strong feedback from last year, the 2026 programme – curated in partnership with The Attendee Experience Company (atex) – will feature more than 60 sessions, including panels, workshops and talks. The content is designed to deliver practical insights, fresh perspectives and actionable strategies to help professionals create smarter, more engaging and more impactful events.
