Valais is surrounded by 45 four-thousand-metre peaks, far from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet easily accessible. Sion, the capital of Valais, is close to the international airports of Geneva-Cointrin and Zurich-Kloten and can be reached in under two and three hours respectively. Choose from a range of modern locations and different activities:

• Aletsch Arena: Book a guided glacier walk on the Aletsch Glacier, the largest ice flow in the Alps and a UNESCO world heritage site.
• Crans-Montana: At the exclusive Hotel Chetzeron at 2,112 metres, you enjoy views of the most beautiful Alpine peaks, from the Matterhorn to Mont-Blanc.
• Leukerbad: Hotel Le Bristol is an excellent venue for combining seminars with wellness. The in-house thermal spa with its indoor and outdoor pools is an invitation to relax.
• Martigny: Explore the diversity of Valais wines, the wine terraces and the cultural heritage on the wine-themed hiking tour on foot or by bike.
• Pays du St-Bernard: For the Montagne Alternative concept hotel, former barns, some centuries old, were converted and restored as stylish accommodation, nestled in fabulous natural surroundings.
• Portes du Soleil: Canyoning involves following a river or mountain stream by walking, sliding, jumping or even abseiling. Overcome your fears and take the plunge!
• Verbier: The via ferrata is a real adrenaline rush. This adventure forges a strong bond between participants as they carefully navigate the ravine with the help of cables, rungs and suspension bridges.
• Visp: Take a mountain-bike tour from Visp to Zermatt and enjoy active recreation in beautiful mountain scenery. E-bikes are also available for hire.
• Zermatt: In the seminar room at 3,883 metres you are a stone’s throw from the world-famous Matterhorn. If you want to set your sights even higher, you can scale the summit with a mountain guide.
