UFI Brings Central & South American Conference to São Paulo for First Time in 2026

UFI is set to bring its flagship regional gathering to São Paulo this December, announcing that the UFI Central & South American Conference and the Event Directors Summit will be co-located with Experience Expo 2026 in Brazil’s largest business events market.

Hosted by UBRAFE, the UFI Central & South American Conference will take place from 1–2 December 2026 across Centro de Convenções Frei Caneca and Expo Center Norte. Sessions will be delivered in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, reflecting the event’s regional scope and international reach.

Now in its sixth edition, the conference will be held in Brazil for the first time — a significant milestone for the region’s exhibition industry, with the country recognised as Central & South America’s largest market and home to six of the region’s ten leading exhibition venues.

The Event Directors Summit will follow on 3 December, co-organised by UBRAFE and tailored specifically for exhibition, portfolio, and event organisers. Featuring interactive workshops, peer-to-peer exchange, and experiential networking, the programme will adopt a hands-on format conducted entirely in Portuguese. Originally launched at the UFI European Conference, the summit will make its Central & South American debut in São Paulo.
