The SMART&GREEN Forum will be held from 29-30 September 2017 in Punta del Este, Uruguay
United Nations has declared 2017 as the International Year of Sustainable Tourism for Development. Throughout the year, many initiatives put in place by different areas of Tourism will highlight the importance of Tourism to make the world greener and cleaner, as well as a more equitable and inclusive place.
SMART&GREEN LATAM emerges as a strong private-sector initiative to discuss a wide range of topics important to smart and green destinations, with a special focus on the potential of all kinds of tourism as a natural growth stimulator and also as a perfect tool for ensuring sustainability. The SMART&GREEN Forum organised by GPSinnovation América Latina, TxD Latam and EVENT Punta del Este will be held from 29-30 September 2017 in Punta del Este, Uruguay.
The Forum will gather important decision makers, stakeholders and government representatives from Uruguay and other countries as well as innovative entrepreneurs who will be able to promote the best practices in tourism development all over the world.
