The DMC Network is proud to announce that Aoife Delaney, Director of Marketing and Sales, has been elected for a three-year term to the Board of Directors of the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) commencing in January 2018.

SITE is the only association in the Business Events industry dedicated exclusively to the incentive travel community. With over 2000 members in 29 countries around the world, SITE provides certified education and global networking to its members and advocates for the use and merit of incentive travel as a performance improvement tool in a business environment.

In addition to her election to the Board, Aoife has also been co-opted to the Executive Committee as Member-At-Large, working with both the Board and SITE Foundation Trustees to support 2018 SITE President AnnaMaria Ruffini of Events In & Out S.R.L.

Speaking of her election, Aoife said “I’m delighted to have been elected from a field of real industry experts to join the SITE International Board of Directors in 2018. I understand what a privilege it is to represent the membership at a global level, and, having served on the board in the past, I am ready to hit the ground running. My goal is to continue to support all aspects of SITE’s 2020 vision, with a particular focus on the growth of our global chapter network, and on the continued development of our Young Leaders program – a program of which I benefited directly from myself’’.

We are thrilled to have a member of our Headquarter team involved at a Global level in SITE’’ shared Managing Director of the DMC Network Dan Tavrytzky ‘’giving back to our industry through Association involvement is of paramount importance to the DMC Network. We are firm believers in the SITE message that incentive travel brings business results and any opportunity to get involved in supporting this message is one that we are fully behind. We look forward to supporting Aoife’s journey through SITE.’’

The position, effective starting January 1,
2018, is a three year term and involves working on all aspects of the Association in order to support the long-term vision of SITE.
