Switzerland Meeting Trophy
An original concept
“Study trips" are part of the daily life of professional organisers of congresses and seminars. But the Switzerland Meeting Trophy is much more than a simple study trip: conceived in a fun and original way, it allows professionals to get to know Switzerland, its infrastructures and its potential in terms of meetings and incentives. This original and professional type of promotion has never before been applied in the field of conference and seminar tourism marketing anywhere in Europe. The Switzerland Meeting Trophy allows participants to get to know Switzerland in a fun way while offering partners (destinations and service providers) who work with Switzerland Tourism an opportunity to establish new contacts.
The 2020 edition
The Switzerland Convention & Incentive Bureau organises its traditional Switzerland Meeting Trophy from 25 to 28 June 2020
Participants from all over Europe and North America compete with other seminar, meeting and incentive organisers and take part in a rally through Switzerland - a challenge that is both fun and instructive! By car, bus, train, boat and on foot they discover many different places, venues and sites in Switzerland. Of course, they all play to win! But at the end of the week, everyone leaves with a better knowledge of Swiss congress and incentive destinations.
This year, our itinerary will take us from Geneva to Lausanne, Montreux and Villars sur Ollon. Cities, lakes and mountains will be at the rendezvous.

Are you an account manager in an agency specialising in meetings, incentives and events, are you based in Belgium and, most importantly, are you prepared to ‘fight’ for your country?
