The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) & the Association of Destination Management Executives International (ADMEI) have announced details of a new partnership based on their natural alignment as associations within the business events industry and the synergies that flow from this shared focus.
SITE is the only global association dedicated exclusively to the incentive travel industry while ADMEI is the pre-eminent global organisation for Destination Management Companies – DMCs – whose role in the delivery of incentive travel experiences is seminal and indispensable.
SITE’s CEO, Annette Gregg explained “SITE mission is to advance the business case for incentive travel and motivational experiences through global connections, education and advocacy by building and bridging cultures through the transformative power of incentive travel and motivational experiences.
The global DMC sector is the repository of local knowledge, expertise and connections and by using a local DMC, corporate and agency buyers can rely on seamless logistics, access to unique local experiences and partnership with professionals who deliver corporate and program objectives in their destination.
ADMEI and SITE will work together to elevate the professionalism and status of the DMC sector by sharing best practice, educational resources and research.”
ADMEI’s President, Lonise Carey shared "ADMEI's steadfast commitment to the growth of the Destination Management Industry seamlessly aligns with SITE's overarching mission to elevate the business case for incentive travel through this exciting new partnership.
