BREAKING BARRIERS; BUILDING BRIDGES: UNLEASHING THE POWER OF INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP... an inspiring and diverse leadership conference in Europe.
The Rise and Lead 2023 Summit "Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges: Unleashing the Power of Inclusive Leadership" will take place on 14 and 15 September at the NH Hotel in The Hague, featuring inspiring talks, practical tips and interesting panel discussions with industry executives and change agents on inclusive leadership, breaking barriers and building bridges.
The Rise & Lead Summit is Europe's premier leadership conference for leaders, entrepreneurs and change-makers with impact. Each year, they bring together some of the most inspiring and authentic leaders for a two-day event to share ideas and knowledge.
They set the tone for companies and individuals, as senior executives and experts share their wisdom, knowledge and strategies around current trends in DEI, leadership and business development and provide actionable insights.
Building on the insights from our 2022 event, which outlined what needs to be done to go beyond window dressing and achieve gender-diverse leadership, the 2023 programme will focus on measurements and accountability and why we need to accelerate change – the journey towards inclusive leadership.
Topics will include but not limited to: Accelerating women’s leadership journey to the C-suite; Going beyond gender and addressing strategies to advance other marginalised groups; Reimagining the role of Leaders: The Empathetic Leader; Getting inspired to Lead: Inclusive leaders share their stories of how to make an impact and engage others; Strategic networking – why it is important for your career progression and success.
