RENT-A-RESORT: The first venue finder specialized in the exclusive rentals of hotels & resorts
RENT-A-RESORT supports travel agencies with the search and selection of suitable hotel resorts available for exclusive use for events of all kinds – from corporate incentives to weddings.
There are many brokers of group hotel reservations already but especially the privatisation of a complete resort is a big challenge for both travel agents and hoteliers. Standard procedures are not possible resulting in a high expenditure of time.
The first thing that needs to be done is to find a date on which the hotelier is prepared to rent the entire hotel to just one client, and on top of everything at realistic or even financially very interesting conditions.
RENT-A-RESORT will take care of this time consuming research for its clients as the dates were already largely requested in advance and only need to be retrieved. RENT-A-RESORT maintains regular exchange with the most popular 4 or 5* hotel resorts in the Mediterranean and Alpine region. The objective is to be able to submit a timely quote at the best possible conditions and also tailored to the client ́s needs.
Exclusive use hotels from only 30 rooms can be a realistic and very attractive alternative for even small groups.
As a venue finder, RENT-A-RESORT aims at corporate planners as well as event agencies, travel agencies and wedding planners. With its sub-brand RENT-A-CRUISE the mediation of cruise ships is also included since autumn 2015.
The concept was launched by Miriam Lisa in June 2015 with the beginning of hotel relations in the Mediterranean and Alpine region. Since January 2016 Daniel Rudolf is in charge of the Marketing and Sales in order to establish the concept substantially on the event planners side.
Daniel Rudolf has a 10-year history in the MICE sector and most recently held a position as Sales Manager at Club Med: "I always asked myself why there were no specialists for exclusive use rentals as that was exactly where I always saw the weakest points on the market. I am looking forward to my new tasks and especially to finally being able to fill this gap!"
