Olympia has appointed three new service partners to strengthen operational delivery across its historic event spaces and wider estate, as the £1.3bn transformation (approx. €1.52bn) approaches completion. The redevelopment will position the iconic West London venue as one of the capital’s leading events and entertainment destinations.

From 1 January 2026, Stambridge assumed responsibility for security across all events at Olympia, consolidating provision under a single specialist partner. The company will support the safe and seamless delivery of exhibitions, consumer shows and live events, reinforcing Olympia’s commitment to consistent standards and trusted delivery for organisers and visitors.

Carlisle Support Services has also expanded its role, providing building security and supporting operations at the new International Convention Centre from 1 February 2026. With extensive experience across high-profile venues, Carlisle will help maintain strong safety and guest assurance standards across the destination.

Alex Lewis, Chief Operating Officer at Olympia Events, said: "We are entering the final chapter of Olympia’s transformation into a world-class entertainment destination. Building long-term partnerships with trusted, expert suppliers is essential to our continued success. Carlisle, Stambridge and CSP bring an exceptional depth of experience with the venue, and we are delighted to be working alongside them as we look to the future."

Meanwhile, CSP has extended its tenure as logistics provider, continuing to oversee traffic management, stewarding and wider event logistics across the site.

Together, the appointments underline Olympia’s focus on operational excellence ahead of the ICC opening in Spring 2026, alongside major restoration works across its heritage halls to ensure a high-quality client and visitor experience.

Stuart Tomlinson, Deputy Director of Operations at Olympia Events, said: “As we continue to evolve and prepare for the next chapter of Olympia’s transformation, it’s vital that we have the right partners by our side. Carlisle, Stambridge, and CSP each bring proven expertise, strong operational capability, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for everyone who visits Olympia. We’re delighted to welcome them on board and look forward to building strong, collaborative partnerships with them.”

Olympia Events operates the historic Olympia venues, a London landmark that has hosted major exhibitions, sporting competitions and live performances since 1886. Now part of Legends Global’s portfolio, the estate is being reimagined as a multi-use destination combining event spaces with culture, entertainment, hospitality, workplaces and public areas. The transformation – designed by Heatherwick and SPARCC for Yoo Capital and Deutsche Finance International – will introduce a convention centre, theatre, live music venue, hotels, restaurants, offices and community spaces, with openings continuing through 2026 and 2027.
