
In 2025, OIC Group celebrates a milestone that is also a statement of intent: 50 years in the meeting industry and the beginning of a new phase, led by a female leadership team that reconnects the company to the core values it was founded on.
Established in Florence in 1975, OIC Group was among the first companies in Italy to professionalise the organisation of medical-scientific events. With a vision that blends local roots and global reach, the Group designs and delivers events, congresses, communication campaigns, and training programs for the healthcare, scientific, and association sectors. With offices in Florence, Milan, and now Brussels, over 100 professionals, and an average of 500 events organised worldwide each year, OIC Group continues to invest in people, technology, and entrepreneurial vision—to shine the right light on every client and every idea.
Today, after half a century of experience, the company is renewing its image and repositioning itself on the international market with a fresh visual identity and a concept that perfectly reflects its essence: dynamic, solid, and leading.

The new image revolves around the idea of a spotlight, the stage light that highlights what truly matters. It’s more than just a graphic element, it’s a powerful metaphor. OIC Group is the invisible direction behind the scenes, turning the spotlight on and giving space, voice, and shape to the content and the professionals who bring it to life.
In recent years, OIC Group has strengthened its international positioning through targeted investments in digital innovation and sustainability, solidifying its role as a strategic partner for associations, institutions, and companies in over 60 countries.

For this rebranding project, OIC Group partnered with Ubics, the creative agency of Var Group and a key player in the digital transformation landscape. Together, they developed a visual and strategic language that expresses the company’s identity with consistency and vision.
