New Zealand's leading business events industry showcase, MEETINGS 2025 is expected to be another sell-out show and the biggest yet in the exhibition's 29-year history.
Exhibitor applications are open for MEETINGS at Auckland Showgrounds from 11 to 12 June 2025, and spaces are already filling fast. Run by Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA), the most important event on New Zealand's business events calendar will be back in Auckland for the first time since 2021.
BEIA Chief Executive, Lisa Hopkins says returning to New Zealand's largest city for the next two years means more space and more opportunities for exhibitors: “We are expecting our biggest ever MEETINGS next year and we are encouraging exhibitors to apply early for show floor space.
“Following the great success of MEETINGS 2024 in Rotorua, we've seen the enduring value of face-to-face interactions and the power of coming together in person. MEETINGS 2025 is set to create a powerful hub for domestic and international buyers to exchange ideas and create new business opportunities,” Hopkins says.
“We are proud to partner with Auckland's Convention Bureau and business events community to make MEETINGS 2025 a must-attend event.”
The annual business events industry exhibition and knowledge exchange will host over 220 qualified buyers from Australia and New Zealand and beyond, as well as 300 domestic day buyers.
Again this year, first-time exhibitors or those returning after a five-year break can secure a cost-effective presence at MEETINGS 2025 with a limited number of entry-level spaces available.
Earlybird rates are available for all exhibitors until 13 December 2024.
“We are encouraging everyone interested in exhibiting at MEETINGS 2025 to apply early to take advantage of these special rates,” Hopkins says.
The MEETINGS 2025 Exhibitor Prospectus is available on the MEETINGS 2025 website.
