One of the workers of the Murgi Association, providing assistance to the car park
The organisation of the exhibition has renewed its agreement with the Murgi Association to generate employment for people with disabilities and promote their work experience.
On his side, the director of the Special Employment Centre of the Murgi Association, Juan José López, expressed his gratitude that "Infoagro Exhibition continues to support our work, as it is an exceptional opportunity for the social visibility of the work we do." In addition, he also highlights the opportunity that the exhibition provides for the employment of the people who form part of the Association and who, on many occasions, are already specialised in carrying out this type of activity.
For Murgi, collaboration in the Infoagro Exhibition agricultural show means the creation of new jobs, for which the profile of the people hired and their social situation are assessed, as well as their performance in employment in view of future contracts, recognising in this agreement the contribution of the agricultural sector and the auxiliary industry to the social fabric of an eminently agricultural region.
A cooperation that aims to achieve the social and labour integration of people with disabilities, as well as to raise awareness in society about their abilities and aspirations, enabling their autonomy and full normalisation of their daily lives, providing them with a full work experience.
