INCON and Estrel Berlin have announced a strategic partnership aligned with the development of the Estrel Tower.

The collaboration brings together INCON’s global network of leading professional conference organisers and Estrel Berlin’s expanding convention and hospitality infrastructure to create new opportunities for large-scale, high-impact conferences in one of Europe’s most dynamic destinations.

This collaboration is a shared commitment to strengthen Estrel’s international positioning and opens new channels for business development across INCON’s global network. Together, the partnership aims to set new benchmarks for excellence in conference organisation, strategic venue development and international meetings industry collaboration.

“Estrel’s ambition mirrors our own. This partnership isn’t just about visibility, it’s about shaping the future of large-scale international meetings. Estrel Berlin is building the Estrel Tower - one of Europe’s most significant venues - and INCON brings the global expertise, insight and reach to match that scale. Over the next three years, we’ll work side-by-side to strengthen Estrel’s global position, accelerate international business opportunities and push the standard of venue–PCO collaboration to a new level. We’re delighted to partner with Heike Mahmoud and her team during such a pivotal moment in Estrel’s growth,” says
Nicky McGrane, Chair of INCON and Chief Executive Officer of Conference Partners International.

INCON is a global partnership of leading companies that deliver conference, event management, and engagement solutions. Leveraging the power of collaboration, innovation, and shared learning ensures the success of our clients. INCON Partners operate from 81 offices in 40 countries across 175 destinations, with a staff of over 3,500 employees spread throughout the world.

With the Estrel Tower rising to a height of 176 metres and set to become the first skyscraper in Berlin, Estrel Berlin is making a bold statement about its global ambitions. The Estrel Tower will expand the existing Estrel complex resulting in 30,000 m2 of flexible space, 1,125 hotel rooms and the capacity to host up to 15,000 delegates. The project represents a milestone in the development of Berlin and sets new standards in hospitality, design and sustainability.

“Our partnership with INCON highlights the essential role of a clear two-way communication between an outstanding and flexible Congress Center and Professional Conference Organizers (PCOs). Through open dialogue we can better anticipate future needs, design stronger meeting experiences and build venues that genuinely serve global communities. We look forward to working closely with INCON’s international partners as we expand our capacities and welcome delegates to our Congress Center and the new Estrel Tower,” says
Heike Mahmoud, Chief Operating Officer, Estrel Berlin.

Estrel Berlin is Europe’s largest hotel, congress, and entertainment complex, offering 1,125 guestrooms and suites at the Estrel Hotel, 30,000 sqm of event space at the Estrel Congress Center, four restaurants, three bars, a modern spa and fitness area and an iconic show theater. Upon completion, the Estrel Tower will add a spectacular architectural landmark to the venue and become Berlin’s newest hospitality hotspot.

In a period marked by global uncertainty many international associations are prioritising destinations that offer safety, stability and familiarity. Estrel Berlin meets this need by combining exceptional scale, high quality infrastructure and the reassurance required by global organisers and delegates.

Across the three-year partnership, INCON will support Estrel Berlin in positioning the Estrel Hotel & Congress Center and the new Estrel Tower at the forefront of global venue options for major international meetings. INCON Partners collectively organise more than 11,000 conferences annually, creating significant scope for collaboration, international promotion and shared business development.
