The new Florence Convention Bureau website has been launched. The main innovations are the new layout that improves usability and the new approach to the presentation of Members’ competencies. The new website has been realized by a member of the Florence Convention Bureau, Uplink Web Agency specialized in providing web services.

Two main areas have been created to help users finding information and ideas for events organization: Conferences area and Special Events area. Inside these areas users can find many useful details about all the opportunities that Florence offers such as event locations, suppliers and accommodations.

Each member of Florence Convention Bureau has a dedicated page where the company has the chance to present its own staff and specific competencies in order to delineate better their professional characteristics.

Another big innovation is the creation of the event organizers area that helps users to easily find information about them and the services they can provide to the clients.

One of the main areas of the website is dedicated to the portal “Florence Congress Booking”, the official reservation system of Florence, realized by Firenze Convention Bureau and used by international associations, to offer their conference attendees a safe and convenient way to book their stay in Florence. Thanks to the numerous partnerships and premium relationships with the most hotels of the city, Florence Convention Bureau can guarantee the best available room rates and reservation policies.

This portal has been renewed by adding a reservation service not for only congress delegates but even for tourists. This is an important step that anticipates the next opening of the Florence Convention Bureau visitors division.
