Europe Congress has announced the second annual Events Club Life Sciences Forum, taking place from 7–9 June 2026 at the Clayton Hotel in Düsseldorf, Germany.
This exclusive, invitation-only B2B event is designed specifically for life sciences event planners and MICE suppliers looking to build meaningful partnerships within one of the fastest-growing segments of the global events industry.
In partnership with the Düsseldorf Convention Bureau, Europe Congress will once again bring together a carefully curated community of professionals in life sciences events for the second edition of this specialised B2B networking forum. Over 2.5 days, participants will take part in pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings, expert-led keynote sessions, and a curated programme of networking experiences and city discovery across Düsseldorf.
“For Düsseldorf, the forum brings significant added value,” said Benjamin Demuth, Director of Convention at Düsseldorf Convention. “It strengthens international visibility, attracts top-tier decision-makers, and fosters direct exchange. This kind of high-level gathering generates valuable business opportunities, encourages new investments, and supports the long-term growth of our life sciences ecosystem.”
The event will be hosted at the Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf, a contemporary bleisure property offering extensive meeting facilities, modern amenities, and a central location in Düsseldorf’s Little Japan — Germany’s largest Japanese district, known for its rich cultural, culinary, and entertainment scene.
Beyond the structured meetings, participants will have the opportunity to experience Düsseldorf through a series of curated city tours, including a walking tour of the city, a guided cycling route through key landmarks, beer tastings at local breweries, a visit to the city’s former port now known as Media Harbor, a culinary journey through the Old Town, and an immersive experience in Little Japan, complete with tastings.
The programme will also feature two signature dinners at distinctive venues. The first will take place at EUREF Campus Düsseldorf, a showcase of innovation in sustainability and renewable energy. The second will be hosted aboard Oceandiva, a fully electric-powered event ship featuring state-of-the-art facilities and flexible event spaces, where guests will enjoy a gala evening complete with entertainment, drinks, and dancing.
Registration is still open for qualified hosted buyers in the life sciences space interested in attending this exclusive B2B event.
