Europe Congress has revealed its full programme of networking forums for 2027, confirming six events across Europe designed to connect destinations, venues and suppliers with international meeting and association planners.
The calendar opens with MCE Central & Eastern Europe, taking place in Krakow, Poland, from 14–16 February, bringing together regional suppliers and international buyers interested in the fast-growing Central and Eastern European meetings market.
Next is the Events Club Associations Forum, scheduled for 7–9 March in Innsbruck, Austria. Dedicated exclusively to association event planners and PCOs organising large-scale international meetings, the forum focuses on connecting planners with venues and destinations suited to association business.
The programme continues with MCE North & West Europe, hosted at the Grand Elysée Hamburg from 18–20 April, where suppliers from Northern and Western Europe will meet buyers seeking opportunities across the region.
Returning for its third edition, the Events Club Life Sciences Forum will take place in Riga, Latvia, from 13–15 June. The event targets professionals organising meetings and congresses in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare sectors, pairing specialist planners with destinations and suppliers experienced in life sciences events.
Europe Congress' flagship event, Events Club Forum, returns to Prague from 1–3 September for its sixth consecutive edition. Combining pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings with networking and educational sessions, the forum brings together a broad cross-section of the European meetings industry.
The 2027 calendar concludes with MCE South Europe, which will be held in Málaga, Spain, from 7–9 November. The event focuses on destinations and suppliers across Southern Europe, providing a platform for buyers interested in developing business throughout the Mediterranean region.
According to Europe Congress, the portfolio continues to focus on smaller-scale, appointment-based networking events that prioritise targeted business meetings, destination knowledge and long-term commercial relationships over traditional exhibition formats.
