Europe Congress has concluded the 2025 edition of Events Club Forum in Prague, Czechia, welcoming over 200 international MICE professionals for 2.5 days of immersive business networking, cultural discovery, and high-level B2B collaboration.

Top decision-making event planners from across Europe, the UK, the US, and Asia connected with 130+ carefully selected MICE service providers through match-made B2B meetings, exhibition-style meetings, networking lunches, and intentional coffee breaks, all set against the backdrop of historic Prague.

This year’s edition was made possible thanks to the strong partnership of the Czech Convention Bureau. “We’re excited to have hosted this year’s edition of Events Club Forum thanks to the continued support of our incredible local partners,” said Alain Pallas, Managing Director of Europe Congress. “Thanks to their support, we are able to provide decision-making buyers and top-level event suppliers with high-quality networking in an intentional, focused environment."

Beyond the meeting room, participants immersed themselves in Prague’s culture with curated sightseeing tours organized by AIM Group, exploring castle gardens (home to royal peacocks), secret passageways, and baroque parks, gaining a deeper connection to the city’s heritage; enjoyed two elegant networking evenings at Hilton Prague, one of Europe’s largest conference hotels with panoramic river views, and another at Červený Jelen, a modern Czech dining venue housed in a historic palace and former bank vault; and participated in an exclusive FAM trip to Brno’s winemaking region, getting a taste of Czechia’s surrounding countryside.

“We are pleased to continue to partner with Europe Congress to host Events Club Forum for the fourth year,” said Tereza Hofmanová, Head of Czech Convention Bureau. “It provides an important platform to engage with international buyers and event professionals, and to highlight the strengths, capabilities, and growing potential of our destination. We’re excited to have had the opportunity to showcase the diversity, professionalism, and unique charm our country this year again.”

Prague Congress Centre played host to Events Club Forum for the fourth consecutive year, providing a central hub for over 250,000 visitors annually and offering breathtaking views of the city. Thanks to event partner DZK, participants had full access to Prague’s world-class transportation system during the event along with guides to assist in transit. Rated the most beautiful city in the world, Prague proved once again to be the perfect host destination, blending history, gourmet cuisine, and vibrant nightlife.

Following the success of recent networking events in Antalya, Riga, and London, Europe Congress continues to create impactful B2B forums that respond to today’s evolving MICE industry needs. Registration is now open for upcoming 2025 events in Algarve and Madrid, as well as six newly-released events in 2026.
