The Estonian Convention Bureau, in collaboration with Visit Estonia, will host a familiarisation trip for association planners in Tallinn from 2 to 4 December 2025.

Join the exclusive fam trip for Association Planners

Tallinn, Estonia | 2–4 December 2025

Looking for a fresh destination that blends charm, innovation, and exceptional value for your next association event?

Step into Tallinn, Estonia’s captivating capital – a city where medieval towers meet modern skylines, and digital convenience is part of daily life.

From extraordinary, unique venues to top-class international meeting hotels ideal for small and mid-sized events, Tallinn consistently surprises and delights. Its UNESCO-listed Old Town, with cobblestone streets and centuries-old architecture, transports visitors back in time, while its vibrant urban districts showcase cutting-edge art, culture, and cuisine.

Tallinn strikes the perfect balance – neither too big nor too small. With a population of 450,000, the city is cosy and compact, offering most sights, meeting hotels, event venues, and restaurants within easy walking distance.
