Europe Congress will bring its MCE North & West Europe 2026 forum to Copenhagen, Denmark, from 12–14 April, gathering destinations and event suppliers from across the region alongside international event planners seeking new business opportunities.
The specialised B2B MICE event will take place at the AC Hotel Bella Sky, offering a central base close to Copenhagen’s city centre. Organised in partnership with the Copenhagen Convention Bureau, the forum aims to connect vetted buyers with high-quality suppliers through structured and time-efficient meetings.
Over two and a half days, participants will engage in pre-scheduled one-to-one business meetings, destination presentations, curated networking sessions and city discovery experiences designed to combine business with destination insight.
“We are delighted to be co-hosting MCE North & West Europe in Copenhagen with our Copenhagen partners,” said Lene Corgan, Head of Business Events at The Copenhagen Convention Bureau. “Welcoming buyers to our city is simply the best way of showcasing what Copenhagen has to offer as a destination for conscious business events.”
The event will welcome more than 70 hosted buyers, alongside destinations, convention bureaus, congress centres and service providers from Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, Benelux, Germany, France and other markets. The format focuses on targeted, pre-arranged meetings to maximise efficiency and business outcomes.
In addition to the formal programme, attendees will have the opportunity to experience Copenhagen through optional networking and cultural activities, including visits to Tivoli Gardens, guided city tours and Nordic wellness experiences.
Copenhagen’s selection as host city reflects its position as a leading MICE destination, known for its modern infrastructure, cultural appeal and sustainability credentials. Limited places remain available for qualified hosted buyers interested in joining the forum.
