Brightelm appoints Jerilee Pinto for new London office as demand for outsourced events management by membership organisations increases.

Jerilee was formerly an Account Director, for Associations representing Dubai and prior to that, part of the Associations team at London & Partners.

As the challenger PCO opens its’ new London office, it will provide outsourced project management, commercial sales and marketing, event operations and consultancy; increasingly these are services that associations are choosing to outsource to meet the demands of members and achieve commercial targets from their events.

“With this appointment we have an expanded range of expertise in the team. Now, with the new base in London, Jerilee will be able to share expertise and strategic connections for the membership organisations who use us so that we can help them deliver more with less – whether that is whole conferences, parts of conferences, awards or outsourced sponsorship sales.

Jerilee is a strategic appointment for Brightelm. This is a new role following an uptick in demand for our agile processes and sector experience.” Rob Eveleigh, Managing Director said.

Jerilee Pinto commented, “The demands of the events that associations run have changed. Keeping up with new trends in terms of event content, formats and the commercials involved is challenging to keep on top of. Leaders and event managers within associations are choosing more and more to buy in specialist help and it is for this reason that I am excited to be able to support Brightelm’s growing client base with experience and specialist destination and venue knowledge.”

This marks the next stage of a recruitment drive for Brightelm following eighteen months of consistent and steady growth.

Rob Eveleigh said, “The demand for in person and hybrid events is higher than ever before, often on less resource. This means that more membership organisations are choosing to use our experience and team of professionals to get the same tasks done but in less time.”
