BestCities Welcomes Washington, DC to Global Alliance

BestCities expands worldwide network to 13 committed business events destinations.

BestCities Global Alliance is thrilled to welcome Washington, DC as the 13th destination in its global network of business events destinations. The agreement extends the alliance across North America, furthering its aim of promoting positive impact through business events.

As a vibrant and forward-thinking destination, Washington, DC is a centre for innovation, education, and cultural exchange, and has grown its profile as a welcoming host to international conferences. Meeting the BestCities Commitments, the U.S. capital completed a stringent vetting process to join the alliance, including a detailed site inspection and tour of the city.
