Ashfield Meetings & Events Retained By Astellas Europe

Ashfield Meetings & Events has announced that it has been retained as the sole event management supplier by Astellas EMEA Operations.

Ashfield Meetings & Events have provided event management support to Astellas Europe since 2003 – including close to 200 events in 2014. The contract extension will be delivered by a dedicated team (referred to as the Astellas Conference Team) that will provide full service event management and venue sourcing.

Ashfield Meetings & Events have also been appointed to act as a consultant to Astellas on the implementation of a new strategic meetings management programme that will deliver enhanced healthcare professional reporting capabilities. This will involve the integration of software systems and tools to capture data across their global network of affiliates.
