ASAE Names Su-Yen Wong as Keynote Speaker for Association Leadership Forum, Asia Pacific

The Center for Association Leadership, will host its fourth international conference, the Association Leadership Forum, Asia Pacific, from October 29-31 at the Grand Hyatt Singapore. Held in Singapore with support from the Singapore Exhibition & Convention Bureau, the two-day forum gives leaders the platform to participate in strategic conversations designed in a highly-interactive format to leverage mental agility and engagement with leading minds and voices around the association management profession. 

Keynote Su-Yen Wong will lead a high-level discussion on how leadership plays a critical role in business growth. With more than 25 years of experience with boards and the C-Suite across the Asia Pacific and North America, she will share her insights at a high-level conversation with participants that will focus on how senior-level executives can transform their leadership abilities to increase business success within their organization.

ASAE Chair Sal Martino, FASAE, CAE, CEO, executive director at the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, will lead a delegation of U.S. association executives to the Forum and serve as master of ceremonies. Arlene A. Pietranton, Ph.D., CAE, chief executive officer of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, the forum provocateur, will facilitate purposeful inquiry and conversation following each deep-dive throughout the forum. 

Other leaders will present sessions that include a panel discussion of secretary generals (CEOs) from Australia, Philippines, and US, that will evaluate ideas on how associations can maximize local, regional, and national opportunities. The Asia-Pacific Taskforce will also lead multiple table discussions around current association management issues and practical strategies to support associations.
