On March 1, Tadeja Pivc Coudyser (cover photo) started in her role as the CEO of Antwerp & Partners Convention Bureau (A&PCB).

With her extensive experience in the convention and business event industry, Tadeja is well-equipped to lead the project to strengthen Antwerp’s position as a destination for business events.

A&PCB aims to attract international events which create a positive impact on the city’s inhabitants, businesses, and visitors, creating a lasting legacy to strengthen the local and regional strategy together with the economic clusters, knowledge institutions and expertise centres.

Over the past 15 years, Tadeja built her professional experience working for several convention bureaus and business event agencies. She has a broad expertise with the needs of the meeting & events industry and its stakeholders. In 2021, Kongres Magazine nominated her as one of 10 most influential destination representatives in New Europe.

“I am delighted to start working with the team to improve the recognition and promotion of Antwerp. We have everything it takes to lift the share of business events to a higher level. We will do this together with the economic clusters which make this city so unique.”, said Coudyser.

Ruben Verhoeven, the president of A&PCB confirms: “I am stoked that Tadeja is on board to accelerate the further development of A&PCB, bringing Antwerp top-of-mind with international congress organisers. The city has an immense potential for business events, and we need to leverage this.”
