Taiwan’s First IAPCO EDGE seminar covers all hot topics of MICE industry

With numerous of positive feedback from the past IAPCO seminars, EDGE seminar is a new educational offering which benefits all in the MICE industry. It is the first time ever to hold EDGE Seminar in Taiwan, taking place in Grand Hyatt Taipei during April 17 – 19, 2017.

Targeting personnel with experience in the MICE industry and have recognized this as career path, this seminar welcomes potential attendees who are looking to broaden skill base and grow expertise as well as growing understanding of the global environment in which the company or organization operates. After the seminar, attendees will be educated with advanced conference management skills and knowledge on how the industry collaborates and operates. Formed in 1990, The Conference Company is today one of Australasia’s most reputable PCOs. Jan has more than 25 years’ experience managing conferences, exhibitions and awards programs in Britain and New Zealand.

Mathias Posch, IAPCO Vice President and CEO of ICS Canada

Mathias Posch is President and Partner of International Conference Services (ICS). With its Headquarters in Vancouver, Canada and branch offices in Toronto, Denver and Vienna, the company manages conferences around the globe – in 25 countries on 6 continents thus far. He is a respected industry expert and has been invited to speak at numerous international and national conferences.

Oscar Cerezales, Chief Operating Officer of MCI Asia-Pacific

Born in Barcelona (Spain), Oscar Cerezales has been working in the meetings industry for more than 25 years. Since 2008 he currently works at MCI Group, a company with 61 offices in 31 counties and 1,900 talents. MCI Group is dedicated to the organization of congresses and corporate events, consulting and strategic management for companies and associations. Since 2012 Oscar resides in Singapore and manages the Asia-Pacific region.
