Taipei ICC Launches a Brand-New Digital Studio

Taipei International Convention Center (TICC) launches its new digital Studio "TICC 103 iStudio" in 2021, which will provide a more comprehensive service for virtual and hybrid meetings.

The global pandemic severely affected MICE industry around the world for more than a year. Many physical events, such as international conferences, exhibitions, concerts and other large-scale activities have been suspended or postponed. In order to meet the demand for holding the virtual events that continually integrate into global MICE community, TICC launched a live video conference service last December, allowing participants of the virtual events from all over the world to interact with each other at the same time. Through TICC's advance facilities, meeting planners can hold a live webcast conferences with multi-users.

This year, TICC keeps upgrading its service with a brand-new digital Studio, TICC 103 iStudio. This digital studio can be used to produce online promotional videos, product presentations or pre-recorded seminars. TICC paid the high-cost retrofits for the Studio which is comparable to the professional studio. It’s 5.6 meters high with 12 spotlights, the 5*9m floor standing green screen and 200-inch 4K LED screen. There are 3 cameras including one 4K and two 270-degree 4K. The 4K camera with the unique mounting system which combines the teleprompter, it reflects the scrolling text in a highly visible form, while allowing the camera to maintain a direct eye line for a natural, direct-to-camera way and making video look more vibrant. On the other hand, smart broadcasting station which made in Taiwan can be live stream to multiple platforms at the same time, immediate background matting and image synthesis. The Studio offers a full-service, including professional media team who provide one-Stop Service and create fresh and valuable videos for the customers.

As a result, the beginning creative development of the Studio which is thinking outside the box. It jumped out “Rent out meeting rooms” and upgrade to “Full-service meeting planning and professional association”. This will make it easier for global organizations to increasing efficiencies and customer engagement; help in-house teams better apply creativity with technology for businesses connect to link up with the world.
