The MCI Group, a key driver of innovation in global meetings, events, association and congress industries, has announced the rebranding of Agency Coulter, its division that focus on luxury brands to Black Flower Agency.

The newly named group brand follows MCI’s merger with Coulter Companies, launched as MCI USA in February. Coulter Companies was the parent of Agency Coulter, the company’s rapidly expanding experiential marketing and events agency. Now aligned with MCI Group’s global brand as Black Flower Agency, this MCI Group brand couples the demonstrated creativity, relationships and bespoke service commitment of its New York City luxury sector team with the depth, reach and worldwide reputation for excellence of MCI Group.

Black Flower Agency is more than just a new name, it represents an expanded value proposition for existing and prospective clients,” said Blake Kotenbrink, President of Black Flower Agency. “We now possess an extraordinary ability to serve global clients through a unified corporate platform. The result is an end-to-end ability to deliver on what we know to be our clients’ and our own high standards, wherever that need exists.”

Headquartered in New York City’s Flatiron District a half block off Madison Square Park, Black Flower Agency is now a part of an organization of 1,850 professionals with offices in 60 cities and 32 counties. As a group brand of MCI, Black Flower Agency now expands its capacity to conceive, orchestrate and activate memorable events, specializing in design and production, white glove guest hospitality, and inimitable experiences for luxury brands in and outside the United States. Black Flower Agency’s global clients and partners include some of the most powerful and respected names in the fashion, financial, culinary, automotive, sports, travel, entertainment and luxury lifestyle sectors.

Black Flower Agency’s creative and strategic experiential event concepts are customized to clients’ market objectives, typically incorporating A-list talent, luxury products and services, consummate hospitality, as well as VIP access to top regarded establishments and highly anticipated events and “happenings.”

Black Flower Agency delivers experiences for its clients that drive sales, productivity and brand loyalty.

Our merger with MCI and introduction of Black Flower Agency represents another key milestone in providing the reach and scope that our clients expect of their most essential agency relationships,”added Tom Gibson, Chief Executive Officer, MCI USA.
