Creative communications agency drp hosted CP Foods (UK) Limited second annual employee conference at drp’s HQ in Worcestershire on 9th February. The conference was held for over 200 employees across all studios, with an around the world food buffet, a wellbeing workshop and a two-way live video link to the CP Food’s teams across the globe.
The conference started off with a presentation from CP Foods Limited’s, Managing Director Mark Cheadle in studio 1, followed by a board mastermind gameshow, a strongest link session and ending with a Q&A session before lunchtime. Throughout each presentation there were live video links being streamed to the team members who work in the Thailand and London offices. This feature enabled them to communicate with their peers and be live in the moment.
After lunch, drp’s CEO Dale Parmenter, hosted an engaging and interactive team building session, followed by guest speaker Ian Wright, Director of the British Food & Drink Federation, giving peers an insight into the food and drinks industry and an update on BREXIT. The conference concluded with an awards ceremony for; Celebrating Success and Long Service Awards, followed by final words from M.D. Mark Cheadle.
