Call for Participants: Switzerland Meeting Trophy 2022

The Switzerland Convention & Incentive Bureau is organising its traditional Switzerland Meeting Trophy from 16 to 19 June 2022, an event that has proven its immense popularity over the last years.

Dear meeting and incentive planners,

It is time to think again about the Switzerland Meeting Trophy, a team rally through Switzerland.

The Swiss bureau is pleased to invite you to be part of the Belgian team and take up the challenge! Beware, the Belgian Team has been the winning team on several occasions, so we “warn” you that we intend to win once more!

Study trips" are part of the everyday life of conference and seminar organisers. But the Switzerland Meeting Trophy is much more than a simple study trip: designed in a fun and original way, it allows professionals to get to know Switzerland, its infrastructure and its potential for meetings and incentives.

Compete with other seminar, meeting and incentive organisers from Europe and North America and take part in a rally through Switzerland - a fun and instructive challenge! By car, bus, train, boat and on foot you will discover many places and sites in Switzerland. Of course, you will play to win! But in any case, everyone will leave with a better knowledge of Swiss congress and incentive destinations.

This year, the itinerary will take us from Villars to Geneva, passing through Montreux and Lausanne. Cities, lakes and mountains will be on the menu. 

This invitation is addressed exclusively to account managers of agencies specialising in the meetings and incentives sector who have not yet participated in the Trophy.
