The Brussels Mice Day trade show/workshop will take place March 10th, 2016 from 9am to 6pm – Hotel de la Poste, Tour & Taxis, in Brussels.

It’s still time to register… Don't delay anymore and come and meet up to 80 suppliers from Brussels (representing +/- 120 companies and much more opportunities) including venues, hotels, caterers and many other providers of services and products to the meetings and events industry, all gathered for one day in one place.

Suppliers list: please click here to discover the list of those who have currently confirmed their attendance. More to be added so check back soon!

But the Brussels Mice Day is much more than just a trade show! It’s also:

1) An Education Programme, with two not-to-be-missed keynote presentations.

The programme begins from 10.00 to 11.30 with a talk for association planners entitled ‘The Importance of “Value-Focused” Marketing for Associations’ - speaker Mr Jean-Pierre Aerts, professor and programme director at the world-renowned Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.

And from 15.00 to 16.30, there will be a talk for corporate planners entitled ‘How to maintain the organization of corporates events within companies in a global marketing and communication strategy development in a period of budget contraction and assess their real impact for the company’ – speaker TBC.

2) Interactive technology takes a bow

Thanks to a partnership with OneTec, interactivity will be a key feature of the Brussels Mice Day experience. Every supplier will be asked to provide his or her brochure in a PDF format. With your specially chipped badge, you can go to any of the four terminals located around the event, check in with your badge and choose any of the suppliers’ brochures. Those will then be sent to the email with which you registered, saving you the problem of carrying brochures around all day.

3) Prizes for those who participate, too!

This time around, the interactive aspect finds its way into our competition thanks to OneTec. Just by visiting a stand and registering the visit with your badge, you will get 1 point. If you request an offer from the stand, you will get a further point. A leader board will count all the points throughout the day and display the person with the most. The more you take part, the closer you could be to being the winner.

First prize will be a return flight for two people anywhere in Europe and valid for a whole year, courtesy of Brussels Airlines. There are many other prizes to be won too – and the best thing is, you don’t need to be there to win! As long as you have participated, we will contact you if you’ve won.

4) And much more FREE services the whole day too!
  • Breakfast, quick lunch and walking drink & finger food for every one
  • Business Centre & Free WIFI
  • Access to 2 high level conferences
  • The unique opportunity to meet close to you some 80 suppliers with concrete solutions for your next meetings and events
  • The possibility of discovering new places, their renovations and modernizations, their expansions and other changes
  • The guarantee to find in a single day so many new and creative ideas
  • To share your experiences and practices with some 400 to 500 trade visitors and colleagues engaged as you are in the business tourism sector

Don’t wait anymore and make sure to be present the D-Day asap! Pre-registration is FREE: please just click here to get your free badge…
