Austria Center Vienna: 520m² of additional meeting space in the lobby

The Austria Center Vienna will receive 520m² of additional meeting space in the lobby. From this autumn onwards, five new meeting rooms on a single level right next to the main entrance will open up new perspectives for events.

New spaces particularly attractive for exhibitors and sponsors

Exclusive hospitality zones for sponsors and spaces for satellite symposiums right next to the hall by the main entrance – a popular location for exhibitions: this 520m² space is currently being converted into five new multipurpose meeting rooms which can be subdivided using flexible partition walls to create up to eight separate spaces. Relaxation zones flooded with natural light between the rooms will help to create a pleasant, friendly atmosphere and channel additional light into the entrance hall.

“This development is the latest step in the introduction of a new style which began last year with new furnishings and a focus on networking and feelgood spaces. The new spaces are the ideal complement to the Business Lounge and Café MOTTO which are on the opposite side of the entrance area,” explained Susanne Baumann-Söllner, Managing Director of the Austria Center Vienna. “Feedback from our customers shows that we are moving in the right direction as virtually all of our conferences have chosen to incorporate the new spaces into their bookings,” she concluded.
