CONVENE 2018: Registration

CONVENE is an annual B2B event for the meetings industry, representing countries across the Baltic Sea Region. Taking place on 14-15 February 2018, CONVENE will gather the entire regional meetings and events industry under one roof, and in addition to encouraging knowledge and best practice sharing, will bring suppliers and buyers together through an array of networking opportunities.

Organised by the Vilnius Convention Bureau, the event offers a complete Hosted Buyer programme that accommodates over 165 qualified buyers from across Europe. Up to 100 exhibitors, including convention bureaus, hotels, conference centres, special venues, DMCs, PCOs, and specialist suppliers from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Russia, Finland, Sweden, will showcase their meeting products and services. A major professional education programme, as well as a series of high-quality networking events and fam tours within the region, will serve to compliment the event. With a strong focus on education and knowledge, CONVENE aims to equip both buyer and supplier communities with the tools needed to create more effective and valuable meetings and events.
