VOK DAMS China Produces Leadership Seminar for Amway

VOK DAMS produced the Amway China Leadership Seminar, which included eleven motivating large-scale incentive events for Amway’s sales representatives in China. The purpose of the events was to honor and celebrate Amway China's sales representatives for their conscientious efforts and business success. And to further provide a platform for knowhow exchange. For the China Leadership Seminar 5,000 Amway sales representatives came together to extraordinary gala dinners, where they traveled to the magical, fictitious world of Skycity.

The Amway China Leadership Seminar was held in the beautiful city of Sanya, China during eleven cycles of events. Around 450 guests came together to each of the incentive events from Amway, one of the world's largest direct sales companies. During the gala dinners, VOK DAMS brought the guests into a mystical, fictitious world called SkyCity. A place full of imaginative creatures and beings, SkyCity features a world through which dancers, band acrobats and magicians lead. With this mystical theme, VOK DAMS succeeded in creating an unforgettable community experience that will stay in the guests' minds and strengthen the connection with Amway.
