The Valencia Conference Centre named Best in the World by its customers

Since Norman Foster breathed life into the Valencia Conference Centre in 1998, Valencia has undergone a profound transformation, becoming an attractive, dynamic and cosmopolitan destination with a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. The improvement of transport links, access roads, and the creation of new infrastructures such as the Conference Centre have turned the city into a prestigious tourist brand, increasing the number of international meetings by 270%.

The Centre has played a key role in Valencia's new status, as it is the venue that attracts the largest number of international congress delegates to the city and is known for its ability to host any type of event, thanks to its versatility and functionality, making it the venue of choice for numerous congresses and conventions, offering a team of qualified specialists with a turnkey service and the most advanced technological features.

These factors have been key to the fact that, in the year of its twentieth anniversary, the venue has been awarded the World's Best Convention Centre award by the International Association of Conference Centres (AIPC), an organisation that represents 185 centres in 60 countries around the world.This award, which the Valencian venue also won in 2010, is based entirely on the opinions of customers.According to the results of the customer satisfaction surveys carried out, 9 out of 10 organisers rated their experience at the Valencia Conference Centre as excellent, and it was the most highly rated venue out of all the candidates, obtaining the highest scores in core areas such as facilities, catering, technical equipment and services, with a mark of 82%, compared to the average score of 52%.The reasons for choosing the venue included its location, its facilities and the highly professional staff.
