Switzerland Tourism launches new tool «Online Meeting Planner»

Switzerland tourism launches a new tool for organisers of business meetings: an Online Meeting Planner on MySwitzerland.com/meetingplanner. Based on the information provided by the user the brand new tool provides the ideal location and the matching social programme including information regarding transportation and price indication for the various options.

The new Online Meeting Planner on MySwitzerland.com/meetingplanner includes around 700 conference centres, seminar hotels and designated event locations in Switzerland. Furthermore it provides a wide range of social programme options and shows a range of possible transportation to and within the country. After modifying the search criteria, the tool provides the results in an overview including detailed description of the respective destination, its venues and on-site activities – with pictures and price indications. The shortlist can be sent to clients or colleagues by e-mail or saved as a PDF and can be edited anytime. The Online Meeting Planner is free and available in English, German and French. It includes the possibility to contact the Switzerland Convention & Incentive Bureau (SCIB) and receive a non-binding offer as well as support in the planning.
