Sevilla Congress and Convention Bureau Celebrates its 10th Anniversary

The Sevilla Congress & Convention Bureau is celebrating its tenth year of activity of managing the promotion and the MICE business of the city of Seville and its province.

During this period of time, we have managed more than 300 promotion actions, assisted more than 12000 MICE professionals in 30 countries, presented more than 1,500 bids to events and congresses, organised more than 700 visits of inspection and fam trips, as well as generated more than one million of euros of induced production.

More than anything else, hand in hand with several companies related to the event and congress industry, we have contributed to position the brand “Sevilla MICE Experience” on the international market with a high reputation and a projection full of hope.

The near future is very promising for the Sevilla MICE destination, guaranteed by the assets of new flying routes, more than 30 new hotels in construction, new singular spaces for meetings and events, as well as a pleiad of professionals.

The tourism of meetings and events guarantee a high quality of professionals visitors to our destination, which is able to combine the business and the professional activity with the leisure and the enjoyment of the destination with an extensive offer of excellent activities and experiences

Security, Sustainability, Technology and Experience are the pillars on which are based the strategic lines that the SCCB impulses for this new cycle which opens during and after the Covid-19 pandemy.

From the Seville Chamber of Commerce, the SCCB acknowledges all the institutions with helped and supported it, such as the Town Hall, the Province County Hall, the Andalusian government, Turespaña and more especially the more than 140 private companies which currently consist in the SCCB professional group.
