Founded in 1987, the Lisboa Convention Bureau is a department of Turismo de Lisboa, and their main goal is to promote Lisbon as a prime destination for International events.

The Lisboa Convention Bureau provides free services during the bidding stage such as:

• Production of Bidding Books
• Suggestion, contacts and proposal for the most suitable meeting facilities
• Sponsoring, organisation and escort of site inspection visits in Lisbon
• Suggestion of PCO´s and DMC´s
• Suggestion of venues for the social program
